Quick answers
When will my order arrive?
Orders ship within 1–2 working days and usually arrive in 3–7 working days across India. You'll get a tracking link by email once your parcel is picked up.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders over ₹499. A flat ₹49 shipping fee applies below that.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, for most PIN codes. You can also pay with UPI, cards, net banking and wallets.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened personal care and sanitary products can't be returned unless they arrived damaged.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin and children?
Our range is made with familiar herbal ingredients, and the baby care range is made to be gentle. Every skin is different, so we always suggest a small patch test first.
